PERMANENT EXHIBITION: Inkwell collection

Acquired by the town in 1998, this prestigious collection of inkwells, writing and pen trays comprises over 1,000 pieces dating from the 19th and early 20th centuries, including 400 to 500 complete inkwells in earthenware, porcelain, pewter, bronze, wood, metal, crystal or opaline. The finest pieces are displayed and showcased.
