Electronic submission to the authorities for planning permission documents.

Since January 1, 2022, your local council has been able to receive all applications for planning permission (applications for planning permission, prior declarations, development permits, etc.) electronically. You can enter and submit all file documents directly online, at any time and wherever you are, in a simplified, no-cost process.

This dematerialization service simplifies procedures for users and improves the processing of requests from local authority departments. It also helps reduce paper waste.

Connecting a new home to the electricity grid

The connection request is mainly made online, on the network operator's website.

To do so, the customer must provide the necessary information, such as the exact address, the requested meter power and the desired connection date. Documents will also be requested to help plan the work.
Once the file has been studied and the estimate accepted, the technicians will come and connect the home to the electricity network, install the connected meter and communicate its PDL (point of delivery) number to the owner. This number must be retained and will be useful for all future procedures, particularly when a new occupant needs to take over the electricity contract after moving into the property.

Once the work has been completed, the homeowner can apply for a certificate of conformity for the domestic electricity installation, and then take out an electricity contract with the supplier of their choice.
