Public Digital Space (E.P.N.)

The CCAS offers everyone free access to a Public Digital Space (Espace Public Numérique).
The E.P.N. is designed for the main digital uses, with personalized support provided by CCAS staff with "Aidants Connect" accreditation.

Personalized support from CCAS staff certified as "Aidants Connect".
CCAS staff have been trained and certified as "Aidants Connect". They are now authorized to legally and safely carry out online administrative procedures on behalf of people experiencing difficulties with digital tools.

  • Sur place ou sur rendez-vous, ils vous accompagnent, effectuent des démarches administratives et aident aux services en ligne (impôts, France Travail, CAF, etc. .)

  • They'll help you create an email address, guide you through downloading or scanning a document...

  • Depending on your level and the number of people interested, the CCAS can offer individual or group support in the form of workshops. Don't hesitate to contact us.
