Online vehicle registration

From now on, all requests relating to your vehicle registration document must be made on the official ANTS portal, via the link : immatriculation.ants.gouv.fr. Formerly handled by the prefectures, actions such as vehicle registration applications, address changes, or any other relevant question, are now the responsibility of the ANTS and must be managed online, by logging into your France Connect account.

If you're having trouble with your online transactions, you can seek assistance from the maisons France Services, set up by the French government. These public reception points are staffed by specialists ready to guide you through the process, an accompaniment that is entirely free of charge, as it is a government service. In addition, other assistance and information options, including those offered by approved garages (for more information about garages in the 51 department, see " garage Nice), are at your disposal. Here you'll find details of the changes introduced in 2023, including possible variations in the price of your vehicle registration document.

This rate could have been increased by a number of factors, such as the downward repositioning of the ecological malus threshold, which mainly impacts older, more polluting vehicles. In addition, the regional tax on vehicle registration may have been revised upwards. For more detailed information, please visit the ANTS website.
